CRX si fixed headrest

ok. I'm sitting here with this si seat and I need to get the fixed headrest off in order to remove the fabric from the seat for repair. It is not moveable (up and down). Anybody ever done this??? If so, please clue me in.

there is a web site that has the whole manual on it. i think the site is http://24.95.142.82:6080/manual/manual.htm im pretty sure thats it. it is the whole manual for the 90 crx si. it is pretty much the same as the 88-89 model so i use it.
