What is the hp and torque rating of the complete y7 and what can be expected of this swap?

 

The answer is in the faq at the top of this forum.

Those that have done the swap report that it puts out power similar to doing a complete z6 swap, ~120hp... someone correct me if i'm wrong or you go look in the faq yourself.

but remember your actual output will vary according to your setup.... do you have other mods? Also full interior? etc..etc.. so the jackass answer to the question is: do the swap yourself and go dyno it.

 

I have done two minime (y7 block/z6) for my customer and the car seem to pull just as hard as a straight z6. Of course, we haven't put it on a dyno yet for comparision so I can only go off a butt dyno. I believed the power output should be almost the same.
