Default non-vtec distributor on a vtec motor....

If you r refering to the b18 than the ls distributor one of the leg needs to cut to work on the gsr head. Once that is done the motor should not have a problem starting.

I had this setup for about a month, works fine. The leg needs to be cut to clear the VTEC solenoid.

Might as well cut two legs off, since only one leg will bolt on. (Weight savings, to make you go faster )
