What are you goals that your trying to accomp.?(WHP) I personally would stay away from the kits and piece together your own set up. I started with a kit and after a year of wanting more and upgrading I ending up almost replacing everything. Though if you do want a kit I would go with some of the Kits that some of the better know shops throughout the country have put together (Inline-pro/ Full-Race) are just two there are many more.

from what i've heard RevHard Stage 2 is one of the best Kits for stocks engines.
From my buddys i have who haved used RevHard Stage 2 said gains where right around 117whp and 210trq. His was a EG 92-95 civic H22 swap.
Another good place to look is
http://www.turbokits.com .... all of there kits are safe for use with stock internals
Hope this helps and good luck
