would you think JB weld would be ok for my gear selector? its broke in half. it was bent from my previous post, and when i tried to bend it back it broke. what do ytou think?

 

Don't you work at a dealership? I'm sure you could buy one, either from Ron Ayers or eBay.

 

You mean your shifter? I wouldnt jb weld it. If it brakes out in the midle of nowhere its gonna be a pain to ride it back home. Just find another one on ebay.

 

yea thats what i thought. its only $36 for me but we dont have one in stock and im not sure if i want to spend $15 to get it overnighted. i jb welded it to see how it works and put it under a heat lamp. if it doesnt hold up i can just order one tomorrow at work. thanks for the imput guys

 

Just order it anyways. Then you can use the new one, and keep your JB Welded one as a spare.

 

i just sanded my case cover and used wheel paint to paing it flat black. looks great i just have to do the other side now
