If I have the JDM 4-1 with a carsound cat and AEM CAI, will the VAFC help me put out some more power?

And after I put in the VAFC I should go and get it dyno-ed Right?

 

With just a header and CAI, the AFC isn't going to do much. I would keep it at stock settings for now until you get some more go-fast goodies, cuz the cost of a dyno wouldn't be worth it for the gains you would get.

Oh, and some advice.....make sure the subject you post gives the member some insight on what the post is about. "tech" isn't enough being that this whole board is a tech board.
