Is the car a v6 or 4cyl. accord? If it is a V6 tehn yes the prelude will fit. Not sure about teh ITR wheels, I don't know if that will look right. I might sit in funny on that car.

yes they will fit, as to if it looks good then that may be questionable. ITR rims on an accord is a waste imo. I would find CL or TL rims.
