type r ecu

would running a type r ecu on my b16a2 that has only a skunk2 manifold and stage 1 clutch and 9lb flywheel a good thing or bad? my motor seems to be running rich at idle so i dont know if the ecu will help

Should be fine. I ran my p73 on my b16a3 before I swapped the motor.
