passanger side panel... by the ecu... should be an empty plug... just short it with a paper clip and turn the car on.. not crank.. just on and it will flash codes

sometimes it may have the OEM green rubber boot still on it, and sometimes if its never been pulled down before, it may be tucked up a bit. on a hook
