Default PLEASE help with Custom Ground control spring rate, setup inside

On my 95 gsr im putting koni yellows for the type r with type r lcas, and ground control baby tubes with the koni adapter sleeve.

I currently have:
-kyb agx in the front
-tokico hp blues in back
-weapon r coilovers (Say Nothing.)
-Comptech rear swaybar tiebar combo
-mugen replica front strut bar
-skunk2 rear strut bar

and the ride sucks its always bouncy because weapon r coils sucks.... When i am driving fairly fast in mountain passes, i believe the back end tends to come out a little, which i guess i like. I am looking for an answer on what spring rates i should get. Stiffer in the front or stiffer in the back? This is my daily driver but i would love to have a great handling car.

These are the rates im contemplating (dont plan on going over 400 lb):
-350f/400r
-400f/350r
-380f/300r

I keep hearing people say that oversteer is good for auto x but i call ground-control and they are telling me to get stiffer in the front for understeer.... im really confused right now and would appreciate any help. Also i want to get any other add ons that might help with ride quality ie the ground control bumpstops and whatnot. Thanks.

i've got 450f and 400r with oem R sway bar and koni's all around...the ride is not that bad imo...but if i were to choose for you, i'd go with the 400/350 like you listed...

Just buy the same length springs and you can try both.

even if paired with good shocks, the ride will still be stiff. just be ready for it

im ready : ) paired with koni yellows, if its too stif i could adjust them a little, but i doubt it will be. I was going to go with the tein flex before so i think this is a little softer

You just got all the help you need from an expert and you blew him off.

This is all the help you need. Buy the 400/450 and get the front and rear springs in the same length. It makes no difference what the spring length is since you can either raise or lower the spring perch to compensate for the ride height(or spring length). Install them however you like (400f/450r or 450f/f400r)and if it does not handle to your satisfaction then just take them off and swap the springs from front to back.

I had F450/R400 GCs on my prelude for a few months. Then I swapped them around and the handling of the car is worlds better. The car rotates much more easily, feels more balanced, has much quicker turn in. Then when I get on it and ATTS kicks in the car really digs into the turns. Putting the stiffer springs in the back was probably the best modification I've done thus far. Rest of the setup is ST 25mm rear anti roll bar, F+R strut braces, Tanabe front under brace (waste of $80), and most importantly a set of SO3s

when u say different sizes u mean u have spring (not coilovers?) someone in another discussion said u can get different sizes of coilovers (i dont think he was talking rates either)

different lengths... the fronts are usually longer since the engine is over the springs compressing em more

can this be done with an ek? buy two spring ratings then switch them front and rear or do you need to tell them in particualar when you order?
