Default OBD1 wiring, get rid of subharness?

So when switching to obd1, i originally was obd0 with the hasport subharness for a b16, should i return all of my wires back to stock, or just cut out the subharness, or re-pin my plugs back to stock?
I would think i wouldn't need to re-pin my plugs but i am just throwing this question out there, i would try and start it, but i need a basemap first and figured i'd get this info cleared up.
