If there is a ignition relay, where is it .

there is a starter relay and an ignition switch.. the starter relay is on the driver side under the dash on the side its a little black box that has a black/red black/blue/ white white wires goin to it i think and the ignition switch is in the steering colum

Not getting any power to ecu, or fuel pump, car just quit on me when i was driving

check your battery connections and all fuses under dash and under hood.

The main relay is good and the battery is good also i was driving and then all the sudden my car died and i'm getting no power to the ecu or the fuel pump

How do you replace the ignition switch, i tryed taking one off another car last night and couldn't cause some special bolts

theres two screws in the back for the electronics, and to pull the cylinder out, you loosen the set screw around the rim, put the key in, turn it to I and then push in on the little catch around the rim and it should just pull right out.

it's probably the electronic side, though. i did a writeup on how to change/rebuild the ignition electronics, search archives for my name.

however, realize that rebuilding them does not ALWAYS work, because if the points are too worn down, it still won't connect.

the relay is kind of behind the hood release... check your ignition switch had mine go bad ... take the switch off with the 2 small screws and see if the soldered joints look ok.. or once you find the relay you can jump it to see if it has power when its jumper

Couldn't find the relay so i changed the switch, alright thanks i'll look for it
