Default soudn in trannny?

while ideling i noticed a rattling noise in the tranny...soudns like either a peice of clutch or gear getting thrown around in the trannny? what would it be i know i need new bushings for the linkage it couldnt be that could it? and its a JDM ITR tranny, only sumtimes tho it happens....like if i rev it high like 5/6k and let it go after its slowd down around to idle you will hear something hitting the case of the trannny form the inside all the syrnos are fine it doesnt pop out of gear in any of them, so im guesing its a part of the clutch....i could always drop the tranny out and open up the case and take it out but i dont feel like doing that right now! what do you guys think it could be?

nothing serious if it drives fine rite?

Coooould be one of the spring on the clutch, if you have a sprung hub clutch.

Likely the clutch spring or spring keeper in the disc. Search, this has been covered in the last week several times. Does it go away occaisionally? How many miles? Dragged / hard clutch use? (hard release at WOT / redline?)
