Default KYB AGX & Pro-Kit Installed, a few questions?

Ok, I just had my suspension installed (KYB AGX & Pro-Kit), and I'm greatly disappointed.
First, the drop. The rear has less than a ½" gap and the front looks like it didn't even drop, about a 1½" gap. What the hell?

Next, the alignment. After the drop, prior to doing an alignment, here's how it reads:

LF -0.7º Camber, -1.7mm Toe
RF -1.2º Camber, 1.4mm Toe
LR -1.4º Camber, 2.1mm Toe
RR -2.2º Camber, 1.0mm Toe

After Alignment:

LF -0.2mm Toe
RF -0.2mm Toe
LR 1.0mm Toe
RR 1.0mm Toe

So my questions are:
1) Would you recommend a camber kit for just my RR?
2) Should i expect the Pro-Kit to settle about an inch or was there maybe an installation mistake?
3) Shouldn't the progressive springs be installed in the front?
4) What strut settings are you guys using for daily driving?
