Type S has ATTS where as the normal tranny may have LSD or not...however, they are both hydraulic trannies...so to answer your question...no, the ATTS and the non/LSD tranny do not have the same axles...the ATTS axles will be shorter because of the ATTS...different size driveshafts too (halfshaft).
you can use the stock axles from a lude w/ m2b4. that is not from a type s. its from a sir-s spec motor from what i hear. i have the same setup. i just used my axles and half shaft and everything is good.
