Anyone know if a DC/EG cpillar bar will work on my bb4 (1995 prelude)?


i measured 48 inches.... between seatbelt brackets?

 

i doubt it. EM racing makes them for the 5th gen but they are pretty useless. at least thats what a few track instructors told me.

 

yea i know they are poinltess thats why im not spending 135 on a bar

but woulnd't mind spending 35$ for the look at least

but distance?

 

closed all the way my friends is 44" from end to end.

 

Its a pointless mod, but I would get one if they weren't so expensive

 

i think it is defintiely worht it since under extreme cornering loads the stock structure wont hold the rear windshield in due to massive flexing

 

i'm still debating whether 135 dollars is worth the luxury of not having to cram people in my back seat..

 

amen to that brother... I hate people seeing I have back seats and saying.. oh can you drive these guys to lunch we'll meet you there while there are only 2 people in the other car >< and just fabricate a bar if you just want the looks.. haha! get some tubular steel, crimp the ends bend them.. and make brackets... then get the damn thing powder coated or polished! BOOM!

 

the bar will not fit, i've physically tried it.
