I know its kinda long but bear with it lol

I dont know if this is the right forum for this but, does anyone here have or know someone that has an importing license? Its because my uncle has a friend in the Phillippines that has a type r motor lying around that he says he'll just give me (I just need to pay for shipping). He says tho that he needs to go through someone that has an importing license for him to send it. Sooo, when the time comes that I have extra cash for shipping... I would like to take the opportunity and have him ship it hehe
