Just wondering how the carpeted inserts on the door panels and the rear side interior panels are held in? I need to remove mine to get them redyed or else get them recovered or replaced. Do I need to remove the rear plastic panels or do the inserts pop out some way? I was hoping they just pop off or something but i dont wanna break them. I dont mind removing the door panels to get the front ones out but im hoping i can avoid removing all of the rear plastic. Any insight would be appreciated.

There are metal "tongues" hooked which keep inserts tight with panels. Remove panel and you'll see.

 

damn that sucks. Oh well i guess ill be taking them out now
