Default (Searched) short shifter

ok i searched so dont flame me. but i need to know if it is in anyway to get to the bolts on the shifter from the top and not have to go under the car?

EDIT: gah i need sleep, actually no, you can't hook the shift linkage up without getting under the car... lol

100% no. You can slot the bolt ends of the one linkage piece and tighten them or loosen them from inside the car, but that won't do dick as far as securing the shifter is concerned .

I suppose with the help of Honda's robot or some other sort of mechanized assistance you could perform this install without getting under the car...
