Default STOLEN IN SALEM OREGON 92 HATCHBACK

Well well well.......

It was stolen today at about 9:30am downtown salem by where i work... it has a greddy fmic and greddy turbo kit. SOHC. And to the thieves, I know who you are, I know you lurk here. And i know you will read this, I will find you. I have access to more information than you think, And when i do I will be looking for retribution beyond what you took from me.... And if you don't believe me, just ask around. you will get what is coming to you...

passive anti-theft

anyone who makes this a " sux man, car thiefs should be shot and hung" thread is just as bad as they are.

the people that took it are complete losers. They steal other peoples cars because for 1. they cant drive and are too stupid to tune a motor so they keep blowing the ones they have, and 2. are such losers that they cannot get a job and work for their own ****.
they steal other peoples cars so that they can drag race at pir and woodburn dragstrip.

aircraft stripper works well at removing paint from thieves cars, if they don't have any of their own cars you could always set their mother on fire.

Sorry to hear that man... I'll keep my eyes open up here in Portland at the local shops and races...

I doubt however that the theives will drive it around much, they will probably just strip it...

I'll be on the lookout for locals selling used Greddy kits for ya..

I spent many hours yesterday looking for it. It has been gone for over 24hrs now.... I don't expect to ever see it again. which really sucks. Now the big question, do i get another civic, or do i just not get another honda at all. I mean really, who wants to live day to day wondering if there car is going to be stolen. I had just made up my mind that i was going to ditch the single cam and get a h22. I have a friend who will give up his spare hatch for about 2k, it is completely stock.

Holy moly, that hatch looks just like one of mines. Coming from someone who has had 3 hondas stolen (chased one of the guys around and till police caught up ) I know how you feel. You have to look at it like this. Whatever you have that's nice, someone will try to take it, whather it be a honda, an suv on 22's, a old regal with beat, whatever... only difference is, you're more likely to get carjacked with beat or nice rims so honda gets my vote as the safest Point is, anything nice will get stolen eventually, so don't let this keep you from shooting for your goals with an h22. This is one of the funnest, cheapest hobbies/lifetstyles around, don't throw it out of the window because of a couple of dicks. You'll get ur hatch back probably just minus the turbo kit (no one steals sohcs ). Just start from scratch... if you want some ideas for anti-theft (THE CLUB & EXPENSIVE CAR ALARMS DON"T MEAN ****), hit me up... Also, let this be a warning for others who think they don't need to watch out because u live in a "good area" your car will get stolen... last piece of advice to everyone, whatever you have, buy an autolock... its one of the hardest things for thieves to bypass

I had the worst luck with that car for real. I went through 2 b16's and 2 sohc's with that car. and this was its second turbo setup.

I was always reading the my car got stolen threads... And was like, couldn't happen, who would jack my car in broad daylight in downton? well, someone did. and they did last week. one of my co-workers said there civic was stolen here last week. would have been nice for them to spread the work a little better... Maybe i would have driven something else to work

well. I have another honda still, but i am selling it. and a friend of mine said i could use his spare 94 hatch for awhile. but i think after this is all said and done, I am getting out of the honda sceen. the only thing more painful than shelling out major dollars for these things is having it stolen in the blink of an eye. These hondas are just such a hot commodity in this area for thieves right now. I couldn't imagine having another stolen car...
