Default ground control spring rates

car suspension mods = si front sway w/ si front forks, and arms
type r rear sway with a-spec reinforcement kit
koni yellow
gsr rear disc conversion
si front strut tower bar
and gc's

what I'm looking for is opinions on spring rate. called up gc and the guy suggested 380 front and 300 rear with my setup. the regular setup comes as 340 and 250. now is the 380/300 gonna be too stiff for the street (most often driven on the street but will have occasional autox and what not) or should I get the regular kit?

380/300 is not bad at all. Some people run in excess of 400 f/r and still run it as a daily driver.

Those are decent numbers.
