I'm most of the way through my d16z6 swap into my '90 lx, and I'm wondering about this. The mpfi conversions are almost always for d16a6's & thier injectors and/or use the obd0 ecu.
I'm planning on using the stock z6 injectors (lx had 2
) and a p28 ecu, so do I really need a resistor box? What about when I switch to dsm 450's when I put the turbo kit on? BTW searching either brings up hundreds of results (can't really refine the search), or just results that deal with the using obd0 ecu's/injectors. Thanks.

OBD-1 Injectors require no resistor box. DSM injectors sometimes do, sometimes don't, it depends if they are low impedence or not.

Correct
There are some posts in the FAQ thread on the top of this forum about how to install DSM 450s into our cars. Try going through that thread. I'm sure you will find it and it will tell you how to install those.

After I posted I noticed the answer for obd1's in the newer v1.4 boomslang conversion harness guide, but when I posted, my wifi farted (was in garage across yard).
I previously looked up the topic a lot for ek's and eg's (was going to turbo an ek, then wanted to turbo my eg, then had to go on a budget), but I never really thought about it for ef's.
Lately I'm just tryin to be spoon-fed answers
since I'm doing what most don't try - d16z6 obd1 swap in a '90 LX sedan, to be turbo'd before August. I love all-motor & hatchs, but I want to be different (as much as I can be with a honda). The biggest prob is the lack of info, I have to make lots of educated guesses.
