Default Smoke, No Vtec, Low oil, and Coolant on the dip stick!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Okay so last night im driving my car and vtec isnt kickin till 8krpms, so i pop the hood and the oil is a little low, theres liquid(im pretty sure its coolant) on the dipstick along with the oil, and theres white smoke coming out at low rpm and black smoke coming out at WOT. From what i have gathered i believe it could either be a head gasket or rings/seals, what do you guys think? Ohh yea and the iddle is very erratic but sometimes stops abruptly and rests at 500rpm's, but thats been happening for a couple weeks before the other problems started?

Headgasket.

Dont drive it. Pull the head off. Replace head gasket.

Most definitely a headgasket, the white smoke at idle is coolant burning up in the combustion chamber.

Honda cylinder heads are aluminum. You could warp it VERY easilly or crack it. Stop driving and replace.

if you are going to pull the head yourself get it checked for warpage before bolting it down on a new gasket. Warpage, or worse, happens very fast. I had a customer bring in a used Lude he had just bought with the early signs of a headgasket going. He took it home against my instructions and showed up the next day with not only a head, but a block warped outside of useable limits. The block actually warped more than the head. New engine....Aluminium warping due to heat aside, the hot coolant can act as a wet saw under pressure on that soft metal and actually remove material.

So i did a compression test and it whent
cylinder 1 : 215 (oil on the plug)
cylinder 2 : 190 (little less oil on the plug)
cylinder 3 : 155 (no oil little carbon plug)
cylinder 4 : 140 (lots of fuel on the plug running rich as hell i assume)

so i am just goin to pull the head and hope its only rings or valve seals, and not warped cylinder walls or anything worse.
