Default Engine Question

I'm going to drop a D15B7 into my Eghatch. But question here is where can I find one?? Is it alright to get one from a j.yard or do I need to find somewhere else. I'm keeping the auto tranny in this one unless it's not that hard to do. I want to redo the ecu so I don't have to rewire for the vtec since I have a dx. or will I have to anyways? Any info given willl be apreciated.

the d15b7 is tbe stock motor in a dx so its a complete bolt in plug and play swap.

If your hatch is a DX, it's a direct plug and play swap. If it's an Si, VX, or CX, some alterations and extra things are needed.
