Hey, can anyone tell me what gauge wire the O2 sensor on the exhaust manifold uses? Would it be ok to splice in some more wire to lengthen it? TIA

yeah it's fine to cut and extend. I did that last night extending it another 36 inches (3 feet). I used 18 gauge wire and it matches the o2 wire size pretty well.

i think the gauge is 18 or 16... make sure that you solder the connections and heatshrink if possible... that will save you hassle with the wires getting wet and ultimately throwing a CEL
