rear hub?
you can pull it out without anytihng more than a RUBBER mallet. however, sometimes the inner race is seized on the spindle, and it kinda takes some work to get it off.
Generally-NO you cannot replace the bearing only. You will need the complete hub assembly. They are available from any Timken supplier. I use an industrial bearing house but there are others out there. The Timken unit is ready to bolt on.
pry off the hub nut cover. pull out the cotter pin. break loose the spindle nut. pull the hub off. replace.
the hub and bearing are integrated in the same part. i figured you knew that.

i have the nut off the spindle and the bearing is on the spindle with the hub ...should i knock it off with a mallet or does it need a pulley becuse i herd it was pressed on the spindle, could i take out the spindle and replace that too ?
