94 Accord Shakes and Also resetting Engine Light

94 Accord Shakes and Also resetting Engine Light
On a 94 Accord To reset the Engine light- You just have to disconnect the battery right? I just replaced all of my brakes and the master cylinder, there's nothing wrong with the car So i believe i just have to reset it.
Well the more important Question: When my car comes to a stop sign or if i am just sitting there with the car on- It starts to shake a little, Not a big worrysome shake, Just a little. Can you please tell me what this could be? Is it normal?
Like i said It's nothing major just a minor shake, and only when my car is idle.
