Which Cams for a H22 turbo Set-Up... Skunk, Crower, Type-S, Stock?...
I always been wondering which cams are best for a h22 turbo set up. Like best as in Mid-Range and Top End....A while back i seen a dyno graph of a built turbocharged H22 with some Skunk Stage 1 cams and it was pretty impressive from what I remember. Many say the overlap is bad but im not sure. I also heard Rocket has a nice Intake Cam re-grind out on the market. However, I really need some input oh whats the best cams to use. This is for a SFWD class car so its a pretty nice set-up.

are you serious?
like, serious serious?
h series cams are NOT compatible with b series cams.
honestly, unless you're going to be making >500hp, stick with stock, or go with type-s cams if you can find a cheap pair.

we're also going to have 600+hp, and until we see a huge dropoff up top, we're going to stick with stock cams. those guys (I forget who now) running the 500+ stock block h22 were running with type s cams.
