2.5" exhaust piping good on a stock Type R???

I have a Mugen 4-1 header w/ 2.5 outlet and an AEM CAI. I'm planning on using a Carsound 2.5" cat w/ a ES tuning muffler. Has anybody ran a 2.5" pipes and hurt their performance? Or will it be good? Thanks!!!

I have a Mugen header as well... I use the SMSP high flow cat

picked it up used, and still havnt had a CEL problem so far...

I have a Hytech Header, 2.5 inch hollowed cat, 2.5 inch custom mandrel bent stainless steel exhaust to a newly installed 2.5 inch straight through magnaflow muffler and love it. The exhaust is a TRUE 2.5 inch as opposed to most which are 60mm(2.36").
