the valvetrain will come with the cams, along with spark plugs and a ECU chip

Usually Rocket only sells the cams with these parts as a package, so if you have the cams you also should have got the corresponding valve train parts. If not, easiest solution would be to ask the man himself by dropping him an email.

I recommend that you use the GEN 2 SPRINGS/RETAINERS as they are best suited for naturally aspirated applications. GEN 1 SPRINGS/RETAINERS are for FORCED INDUCTION/HIGH BOOST/NITROUS applications. Hope this helps. Good luck.

Either will work.....the Gen 2 springs and retainers have held and are safe for just about any camshaft out there to handle 9,500. They have a lighter spring preasure than the Gen 1's, but if I'm not mistaken I think I saw Rocket say that he personally likes the Gen 1's, pretty sure he did a test comparing the two on a dyno. Where you at Rocket?

I would reccomend the Gen2 springs and retainers as they have low seat pressure when compared to the gen 1 stuff. If your cams have large primaries then the GEN 1's are reccomended.

but selling springs based on motor application is wrong imo
