Default RS*R Header

I've seen these for sale for the S2000, but I know a guy here locally with a RS*R header for a B-series, I've searched HT for this and can't find ****. This RS*R header he has is pretty damn BA looking, just curious if anyone on here had or has one and where you can find one for a B-series. Because if this guy won't trade me or sell me that header I might look into one somewhere else if I can't afford the RMF.

I had a rs*r header back in the day, it bolted on to my stock cat so it was not 2.5" I sold it to some guy in sac and went with the 4-1.

ONE OF MY GOOD FRIENDS HAD THE RS-R HEADER FOR HIS GSR INTEG... WORKED VERY WELL. I WANTED TO BUY IT BUT RS-R DOES NOT MAKE IT ANYMORE IT'S DISCONTINUED PRODUCT THE ONLY WAY YOU WILL FIND IT IF SOME ONE IS SELLING IT. SO I WENT WITH THE EDELBROCK W/H 2.5 COLLECTOR

RMF is awesome and I want one but I don't have the time to wait for him to fabricate one.

Why? rsr is whack. we use to use them way back in the day. Now there are much better headers off the shelf if not RMF is great. but if you really want one then buy a Skunk2, same thing. Invidia makes there exhaust line and invidia made or distributed RSR. I've seen it . Its still the same thing.

Yes but I was planning on trading my old header which is crap and $100 for this RS*R header not $900+ for a Junk2 header. And I'm sure it'll take RMF longer than 2 weeks to get me a header built and shipped and I don't ahve the time.

*****RARE ****An original RS*R header from 1994. I'm thinking of selling it if intrested PM me with offers.

Well lets see... This header has been in my crews(when it was a crew) for about 10 years, swapping this header back and forth between friends. It had been sitting in my friends garage about 5 years. I just started to tinker with hondas again and asked him if he had any parts. So i went to his house and saw this header and was like "****, that thing is still around" so I grabbed it and polished it up.

The header, since it is rare and has some nostalgia with me and my friends I only want top dollar, hope you understand.

Pm me with price, if anyone wants it. A tiny scratch at bottom. NOT DENTED AT ALL ok maybe 1/4 mm not even noticiable.

Bad thing its only a 2in collector.

What do you use to polish the header?

What type of compound and with type of equipment (dremel, buffer, etc.)

I think I need to polish mine too.

I used 400 grit sandpaper with soapy water and scrubbed with my hands first becasue it was really rusty, then after that I went over it again with 2000 grit sandpaper from autoparts store(only place that has it) in water then I followed it up with Mothers mag and aluminum polish. Take you about 2-3 hours with breaks in between for the hand to relax.

when your hand is about to fall of your half way done.

Using a buffer for the polishing would be a lot better but I used the old hand

This is what I followed https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=852379

My header was 10 times worse then his.
