Default 95 civic b16 suspension help

Ive posted my dilemma in Eg civics and im doing it here. Sorry if im being redundant. My question is should i go with somthing like tein superstreet coilovers, Mugen, omnipower, Nex for veryday driving or somthing like the H&R cup kit. Or even the koni yellow-ground control-eibach spring combination that everybody and their mother has. Keep in mind i usually drive fast everyday and like taking sharp turns and may eventually auto cross.

Will yall be so kind as to inform me of different setups u all have had or heard about or recomend.

I took off my flame suit cus ive been searching for around 6 weeks ever since i bought my hatch and would like some direct and precise opinions

My direct & precise opinion would be that you would have to be a fool not to go with anything other than Koni/GC. You can choose any spring rate you want, the damping adjustment range of the shocks is HUGE, and both items have full lifetime warranties. No other setup can compare to that for street use...

I personally don't like lowering springs because they don't leave you with any future options (other than remove & replace). With Koni/GC, you can lower the front shocks into the damper forks, and still maintain the same ride height which greatly increases front shock travel. If you only had lowering spirngs, this mod would result in an even lower ride height. You can also pick custom spring rates, or swap in new ones later (as your tastes & needs change), as well as adjust ride height to suit your needs. Plus, everybody knows eibach springs are some of the best around. They carry a 1 million mile warranty...

Thats just my opinion though, so take it for what it's worth. In the end, you should only buy what you want...

tien is worth the money dispite lifetime warrenties or whatever, i had tiens on my old ek and loved them way over koni/gc i had before, if yoru really looking at tiens just pay the extra 300-400 and get the tien flex coilovers, im purchasing those here in a couple weeks, and if your really a nerd get the edfc to adjust the dapening, and if im not mistaken tien also offers a warrenty on all their coilovers now....but again i might be mistaken, also, tien offers springs at any spring rate you want for yte coilovers takes a minute to get them but it is possible to swap out springs, hope this helped......

I bought my koni's from shox.com and they price matched an ebay auction for me...

The GC coil-overs can be purchased directly from Ground Control, but both items can be found on Honda-Tech here at very good prices. Just make sure they are authorized dealers that provide you with a real sales reciept... s
