Wings West RS Body kit 88-91 Civic Hatchback

Do you still got the kit? If so, I will offer you $400 shipped to area code 95212. I just got gipped by a guy in New Jersey, who damaged the kit after I bought it, so he is sending me the money back. Is the kit Urethane?
