Default checking for leaks in TB

I was checking to see if there was a leak in my TB by closing the upper port in the TB with my finger. The rpms dropped a bit but not much. My question is, how much does it have to drop to be right.

Also, I need to take the ACL housing off the TB to get accesse to everything I want to clean but I don't know how to unscrew the collar there is on the ACL and the TB.

This is old school for vacuum leaks: Use a propane torch un-lit of course and with the engine running hold the nozzle up close to all the surfaces and if there is a leak you will notice a difference in idle stability/rpms. Not a bad idea to have a fire extinguisher near by.
