Default horrible radio reception after swapping a new deck into my civic

i had an old pioneer deck in my civic and just swapped the eclipse unit from my truck ino the civic. i had a shop do this. stupid me but i didnt have time to do it myself.

after i get my car back i cant pick up any radio stations. its all static. the eclipse worked fine for picking up radio in my truck but now wont in the civic.

can i do something to fix this? did they possibly screw up the install?

Yeah, if there is no reception then they either left the antenna unplugged or unplugged one of the extensions. If it was only bad reception on am then it would be another story.

if the antenna is plugged in, wrap elactrical tape around your power/spkr wires behind the deck (generously). That might help
