HELP!! how to remove the window crank?

i need to remove door panel....but i dont know how to take off the crank for the window! help!!

Between the crank and the door panel there is a horseshoe shaped pin that you can remove with a flathead.

flat head works but you can also use a shop rag and slide it back and fourth so it will catch the end of the clip and pull it off youll understand when you see it.

yea flat head will work but the problem is that if your not careful the thing could go flying off and you wont find it. they make a special tool to take those things off its like a c-clip remover kinda.
