Is the height of the h22 valves the same as the h23 valve? i know the diameter of the h23 valve is 34mm and the diameter of the h22 valve is 35mm. but for some reason there is not one shop in the country that has 1mm oversized h23 valves in stock. so can i just use a h22 valve in my h23?

nope not the same, the parts in the head are completely different and are not interchangable

 

so the actual stem is different. is the h22 larger or smaller then the h23?
