is the smaller tank for the clutch and bigger for the breaks?

yes, big is BRAKES (not breaks) and little is clutch.

fill both with the same thing, like some napa dot3 or dot4 brake fluid. there's more expensive stuff, but you wont feel a huge difference. make sure you're in between the min and max lines.

 

It says right on top of each cap what to put in them. Did you read what it said on the caps???? Small one is for your hydrolic clutch, big one is for your brakes.

different boiling points, but 90% of the fluid you buy at napa will say DOT 3/4. Just stay away from 5.0 5.1 or 6.0
