Default Sold the lude...sad day

Ive enjoyed owning a prelude. But i had to sell her b/c the platform wasnt workin out for me. Front wheel drive, automatic and over 3200lbs it just wasnt worth putting money into. Im looking at buying an RX7 but untill then i have to drive a 96 mitsubishi mirage. Thats right 98hp of automatic inline 4 fury!

But serisouly, this site has taught me so much. Thanks for all the info and being patient when i used to ask dumb noob questions like, "whats the best intake".

Sad to hear. Yeah, I think you made a good choice since it wasn't a platform that you were looking to build on. It would cost too much to TRY to make it what you want. Honestly, I doubt it would've been good enough.

I think too many people throw money at something only to be upset with the end result. Looking to make a Prelude able to keep up with some of the newer cars really isn't feasable. I appreciate what it is and I get out of the car with a big ear to ear grin everytime. I'll never get rid of it.

However, I do want a fast car. Also, I know that to be fast, it needs to be FI. Do I want to build a motor for FI....NO. RWD would be nice too. That's why I picked up another car to build. It'll be cheaper to make this other car fast than my Prelude too.

Good luck with the RX-7

Damn that pic is soooo old... I dont even have rims in that pic.
Just FYI that is one of 4 pics taken showing that the underglow can fade to any color. If i ever had pink on for real i would kill myself
