Ok, '73 CB350F w/front disc brakes

I might just be a dumbass and can't adjust my brakes. Anyhow, my brakes have been sqeaking for god knows how long. I've changed the pads, rotor, caliper, bled them out. Everything I can think of I've tried. The bike seems to roll free in neutral, but once I've been riding for about 10 minutes, the front brakes squeal - at in-town speeds anyway. It stops if I put slight pressure on them, but I can't be riding around with my front brakes half engaged the whole time. I put that "stop squeal" junk on them last year -- it worked for about an hour (That was before I changed rotor & caliper). Anybody had issues with this? Any ideas how to get rid of it?

MAJOR annoying! (and it's not easy to look cool on a bike with squeaky squeaky squeaky all the freaking time.

jk, I'm having the same problems. My boy Henrieta (Racer_XX) suggested a fix in the thread posted I'm about to try.

 

Hmm....that's cool. I'll have to give it a shot. I assume when he said "extra fine sandpaper" that he was talking about emery cloth. We've got spools of it at work, so we'll see what happens Monday.
