Default can you polish rsx rims

i have some 2003 rsx rims and was wondering can i polish them? and if so what would i need to do..i already stripped the clearcoat off of them. what other equpiment or parts would i need?

yeah they were black and i stripped them down. i wanted to see if i could get the GSR blades look on the rsx rims. Oh well looks like ill be painting them gunmetal then.

I polished my set of RSX wheels and I think they turned out great. Lots of time to polish them but I think it was worth it in the end. Here is a pic of 2 of them before I get them mounted.

Couldnt you just take them into a powdercoating shop and have them sand blast them and then just do the finishing polish. i dunno if its the same but i sent my b series valve cover which had a rough finish to it and when they sand blasted it.... it came out really smooth. i dunno if it would work but i figured it would be a cheap easy way.
