Default Running with to much oil?

I changed oil in my 2001 Lx V6 the other day and made a huge mistake!! I thought it took 4.6 liters of oil so that is what I added.

I then drove the car for about 250 miles before i realized that the car takes 4.6 qts and only 4.4 liters of oil, not 4.6 liter!!!!! Man i felt stupid!

I drained the oil as soon as i realized i made the mistake. i was just wondering if anyone knows if running the car like that would cause any damage? Will it be hard on seals?

Thanks, Stupid Me!

Any more details than that? Does it build up pressure or is there a pressure relief or what?

Just curious?

Thanks

Hello Mr.Speed, I'm Mr.5 Speed.

You should be fine if you drained some out.
