>>>HELP!! What to look for in a headunit!<<<
Whats up guys? I'm looking to purchase a headunit for my 00 accord sedan, I'm not looking to spend over 100 on the unit, what brands are good? I have kenwood rear deck (160 watt), does it matter what brand I go with? I was considering a Aiwa CDC-X204 headunit ( http://www.crutchfield.com/S-S...CX204 )
Whichn is said to be 22 watts.
Cliff notes:
Is Aiwa a good company?
22 watts enough for 160 watt speakers?
Any good sites you guys know of?
Well I'm new to the whole Audio / Security / Video scene so someone please help me out!

I was also looking to purchase subs in the future, so what headunit would you guys suggest would work best for that? I might spend a little more than 100 now that I think about it, whats the best bang for the buck?
Thanks guys!
Thanks guys!

If you want quality you will definatly have to spend more the a bone. However you should look at how many amps you will be running in the future. If more then one make sure you get a deck with more then one pre out. Also if i were you which i am not i would save up and buy it rite the first time. Spend more money and get quality so you will be happy for years and not have to re buy later.

Yea, after i thought about it thats what I said to myself, but like I said I'm new to all of this, in the future I would probably go with two 10's so i'm not sure how many amps i would need
. Does panasonic make any good headunits? and which headunits would be able to hook up to subs in the future? thanks for your reply by the way!
