gsr springs in 91 civic si
I tried this one time and it didn't work too well the car was jacked up to the max! IT was problably lifted 2-3" over stock! It was weird getting out of my car and steping down. I do not sugest you try this unless you get them a bit.
GSR springs on a 88-91 Civic will definitely be rally-car style. If you are just going to pitch the GSR springs, cut off a coil or two and then throw them in there.
thats what i was thinking if i was to cut a couple of coils would it be alittle lower and just as stiff as my stock springs and plus i am getting the springs for free would it be worth the trouble
DO NOT CUT SPRINGS!!! If you are the slightest milimeter off, it will result in wierd handeling, and an uneven drop.
just too risky to do. save your self some work, pain, and put down a measly 80 bucks for cheep lowering springs.

If they are free, then cut them. Just be careful about cutting them all the same, and you'll be ok.
Having passengers in a car disrupts handling more than a few mm of on a spring cut.

yeah they are free my friend bought neuspeed lowering springs and i am gonna change them for him so i am gonna keep them and get them cut and put them in just to see if i dont like it i still have my old springs
