I worked for Advance Auto for 3 years, and am now currently working for O'Rielly Auto. fitment is the biggest problem, refills are usually made to fit their wiper rail, and not a factory rail. Don't go and rip yours all to pieces then go and buy new ones. you'll find that it probably won't fit, and you'll have to travel back to where ever you got them from, and your luck, it'll start pouring rain. Just spend the extra $5-6 on the entire thing, then you'll know which brand refill to get next time, so that it will fit with no problems, and you won't have to worry about the refill coming out of the rail and scratching the hell out of your windshield. And while doing this, don't leave the arm in the air without a blade on it, I've seen too many times a windshield wiper arm go through a windshield. With that note, if you know anyone who has a Saturn, and you dislike them, take their blades off of the arm, and leave in the air. When they come out to the empty blades, most likely they will be pissed off, and just let the arm fly to the window. CRASH!
