Any difference between JDM and USDM E-brake handle?

Just wanted to know if there were any differences. And is there any sort of conversion to the JDM handle. Any info appreciated. Thx.

the button on the jdm is a different color.

Yeah, it's a satin-like silver color rather than chrome.
