What tool for exhaust pipe flaring?

Just wondering if you guys could reccomend me an exhaust flaring tool thats good up to 31/2 inch piping. Also what do you guy think of this tubing bender?http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISA...&rd=1

that bender isnt that great, dont expect it to do well on anything except thick walled piping, and even then to get good bends (not mandrel ever) you need to cap the ends and fill it with sand.
