Default stock valve leash for bc3+ cams?

i searched and found that buddy club recommends valve lash of .008 and .009 for the spec 3+ cams. what did you guys use for valve lash with these cams? i was under the impression that these are stage 1 cams, so i was assuming lash should be set at stock specs
