All 2.0L daily driven guys out there.... What kind of times are you running?
As the topic states, I was wondering what kind of 1320 times are people getting out of their 2.0L B Series setups that are daily driven? Have a few friends w/ 2.0L GSR engine setups but all run different times. Also, what type of compression and octane are you running w/ your 2.0L daily driver?
Daily Driven(to clarify) meaning driving your 2.0L setup everyday, everywhere.

well, i have seen 2 2.0L daily driven setups and my impression is that a 2.0L would average mid to low 13s in a civic or integra. I know that there is alot of factors like parts and tuning. but the 2 local ones i have seen only run like 14.00 - 13.7/8 w/ full interior(1 civic and 1 integra). now i am not completely sure on the CR ratios they run but i know they do have alittle compression on them. If i recall, i think 1 of them is untuned and running 13.7s in a EG civic hb on street tires & full interior.
Am i missing something or is that what to expect out of a 2.0L?

Well, in a Type R on street tires, maybe mid to low 13s. And of course considering the obvious facts, 91 octane, street tires(like azenis), full interior, etc... Something like that. That is what i thought a 2.0L would do on an average.

mid 13's untuned w/ street tires. EK back half gutted. Not really trying to beat on it until it gets tuned properly. Right now, base timing is almost completely retarded and running 93 religiously.
High 12's are possible in light chassis(s) on street tires, but your average driver in a heavier model like EK's or DC's I would think 13's sounds about right.

ok. I was told by one shop that your average 2.0L setup would run low 14s to high 13s in street form.
What is the average Compression Ratio in these 2.0L setups?

Bell, whats it going to take to get a 2100lbs CRX into mid-low 12's and still being daily driven. (92octane 2.0L of course.)
