Default Ride Height on 17" Rims

sup guys,

i have my 99 civic lowered on skunk 2 coilovers on 17" rims wrapped in falken zeix 512. the gap is pretty much a finger-gap on all four sides. but i want my back side to be a bit lower and i think the only way to go lower is to have the wheels tuck underneath the fender. but how do i go about doing that? will that cause tire damage or uneven tire wear in the future...let me know...thanks.
